Rate Rules
All bookings require a 2 night minimum stay, rates are quoted in New Zealand Dollars per room per night on bed & breakfast basis. The rates are net.
All rates quoted are inclusive of service charge and Local Government Tax.
Check-in time 3pm and check-out time 11am.
Should the government decide to impose a new tax or review existing tax, any increment or revised tax will be invoiced to the tour operator accordingly.
Meal plans
Bed & Breakfast
Bed & Breakfast includes daily breakfast from 7am to 10am.Mini bar- soft drinks, gourmet snacks and water.Tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
Half Board
Daily dinner at The Dining Room can be included with a supplement of NZD 250 per person per night. This includes a 3-course menu, drinks during dinner are additional.
Honeymooners offer
One category suite free upgrade based on availability at check-in.One 3-course private dinner with champagne in one of the “snugs“ for stays of 3 nights or more..
Special offer - low season
Stay 5 nights and pay 4 nights. During the low season period for stays of minimum 5 nights, one night will be offered on a complimentary basis in the same accommodation category.
Group rates
For bookings of 4 suites or more, we will be delighted to quote group rates. Please enquire with our sales and reservations team.
Private transfers
Private transfers from Queenstown airport to the hotel can be organised for the guests on request.
The following rates will apply:
SUV 2-3 guests - NZD 250
Van - 6 guests - NZD 300
The rates are per vehicle one way.
Booking policy (3 suites or less)
All bookings require a 2 night minimum stay.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation, and a valid credit card must be held on file to maintain a secured reservation. Full payment of the total booking is required 30 days prior to arrival and will be charged to the credit card on file at this time. Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Bank Deposit. A 2.6% convenience fee will be applied to payments made by credit card.
To maintain a confirmed reservation over the Holiday (Festive) Season, full payment is due 1 September, and is non-refundable on cancellation.
Cancellation policy for reservations
As a boutique hotel our business depends on maximising occupancy and cancellations often result in empty rooms due to booking lead times. Due to this please see our cancellation policy below.
We encourage all valued guests to take travel insurance in the event that circumstances outside of their control causes late cancellation or disruption to their booking.
15 Jan - 15 Dec (3 suites or less)
Cancellation outside 90-days of arrival will incur a $250 booking administration fee. This will be deducted from the deposit paid, and the balance of funds returned.
Cancellation between 90 and 61-days of arrival will result in a 50% charge for room nights cancelled.
Up to 61 days prior to arrival you may postpone your travel dates to a revised stay date within six-months of the original booking and the full deposit will be transferred. From 60 days prior to arrival, cancellation will result in the full charge for room nights cancelled.
Holiday season cancellation policy for reservations 15 Dec - 15 Jan (3 suites or less)
Cancellation prior to 1 September will incur a $250 booking administration fee. This will be deducted from the deposit paid, and the balance of funds returned.
Cancellation from 1 September to date of arrival will result in the full charge for room nights cancelled.
