Whether it is to cap off your mid-Winter’s après ski experience with breathtaking views over the lake, or to regale friends of your helicopter experience over Milford Sound our Library bar allows you to enjoy our world-class cocktails tailored by our mixologist or a glass of exquisite Pinot Noir recommend by our Sommelier. High tea is served in the afternoons with delectable pastries and finger sandwiches. The Dining Room will take you on a culinary journey of Executive Chef Paul Froggatt’s introduction to New Zealand’s South Island.
